BANANA CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients

Overripe bananas 3
Eggs 2 at room temperature
White sugar 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Whole milk 1/2 cup warm
Creamy yogurt or sour cream 3 tbsp
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
All purpose flour 2 cups
Instructions

1. Mashed bananas in the bowl then add eggs and whisk to make a creamy mixture.
2. Then add sugar, oil, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract and beat it.
3. Now add salt, baking soda & powder then flour and mix it with a spatula but don’t over mix it.
4. Pour the batter in to a cake pan and bake it on 350 f for 40-45 mins until toothpick comes out clean.
Storage Instructions
You can store the cake in the fridge for one week or freeze it for a month
